Abstract

Osteoporosis is a bone metabolic disease in which the balance of osteoblast mediated bone formation and osteoclast mediated bone resorption is disrupted. According to the pharmacology records of Traditional Chinese medicine, the main medicinal ingredients of eumoides ulmoides, such as iridoids and flavonoids, promote bone formation by regulating osteoblasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and inhibit bone absorption by osteoclasts and adipocytes, thus achieving the effect of bone remodeling. The author collected from scholars at home and abroad in recent years, the mechanism of eucommia ulmoides in anti osteoporosis, literature reports for the literature by the overall classification, analysis, induction and summary, in eucommia ulmoides anti osteoporosis from basic to clinical and from eucommia ulmoides leaves skin seed with different chemical composition, from birth to processing, from aspects of multiple perspectives of eucommia ulmoides single-agent to eucommia compound, To provide theoretical reference for eucommia ulmoides anti-osteoporosis.
