Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the methods and value of standardized training for anesthesiology residents. Methods: The data of 40 residents who participated in standardized training of anesthesiology department from June 2019 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, among which 20 residents who received routine standardized training from June 2019 to December 2020 (included in the control group) were included. From January 2021 to July 2022, 20 residents received modified standardized training (included in the study group). The effects of standardized training in anesthesiology department of residents in the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results: At the end of the anaesthesia standardization training, the team was in the hospital examination of doctors' theory and operation assessment scores were higher than that in control group resident, the team teaching evaluation questionnaire of resident standardization training interest in learning, clinical thinking, professional knowledge, operation level score were higher than that in control group, The teaching satisfaction questionnaire showed that the total satisfaction was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the standardized training of anesthesiology residents, the improvement of standardized training methods is helpful to improve the scores of residents' theoretical and operational assessment, and improve the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.
