Korea’s Lifelong Education System and Its Enlightenment for the In-service Development of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities in China

Abstract

For a long time, South Korea has taken the construction of lifelong education system and learning-oriented social development as an important work in its educational development, so as to provide the general public with the foundation and way for lifelong learning, and provide protection for lifelong learning through legislation, which has brought good enlightenment and reference for the construction of China's lifelong education system and the in-service development of young teachers in colleges and universities. Young teachers account for most of the proportion of college teachers, and their teaching ability has a direct impact on the quality of talent training, the teaching level of colleges and universities and the healthy development of colleges and universities. Therefore, strengthening the on-the-job development of young teachers in colleges and universities is an important task in the construction of college teachers and the professional growth and development of young people themselves. The development of Korea's lifelong education system not only provides reference and reference for the construction of China's lifelong education system, but also provides good inspiration for the on-the-job development of young teachers in colleges and universities in China. Based on this, this paper first briefly introduces the lifelong education system in Korea, and then accelerates the legislation related to lifelong education to promote the improvement of self-discipline of young teachers in colleges and universities. Based on the growth of young teachers in colleges and universities, establish the concept of "people-oriented" lifelong development; Drawing on the credit bank system, this paper puts forward the Korean lifelong education system and enlightenment for the in-service development of young teachers in colleges and universities in China.
