The evidence of cyber crime is aimed at the criminal acts carried out by the Internet or directly using the Internet. Different from the traditional evidence of crime, it has the characteristics of technology, dissemination, concealment and transregional. The evidence of cyber crime has the identification difficulties in the aspects of extraction and examination. Evidence of cyber crimes should be examined and identified from the aspects of legitimacy, authenticity, relevance, completeness and timeliness of evidence.
