Abstract
The recycling treatment method of reduction leaching was adopted in the experiment. Cobalt, nickel and manganese were recovered from the nickel-cobalt-manganese trielement hydroxide waste, which can be directly used to prepare nickel-cobalt-manganese trielement hydroxide products, and realize the recycling of waste. In this paper, concentrated sulfuric acid was used as leaching acid and hydrogen peroxide as reducing agent. The effects of mass ratio, initial acidity, reaction temperature and reaction time of waste and concentrated sulfuric acid on the recovery of nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide were studied. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were 1.4 times the theoretical amount of reducing agent, 4 mol•L-1 initial acidity, 50 ℃ reaction temperature, 4:1 liquid-solid ratio and 90 min reaction time. The recoveries of cobalt, nickel and manganese can reach 99.31%, 99.75% and 99.80% respectively. The process is simple and feasible, and the recovery rate is high, so it is suitable for industrial production.
