Abstract
When carrying out table tennis training, it is necessary to strengthen both the player's grasp of the magnitude of the rules of table tennis, but also should strengthen the actual effect of shaping the technology of table tennis itself, which ensures that the player can also join all kinds of practice and competition atmosphere independently under the condition of a comprehensive understanding of all kinds of technology, and firmly eliminate the problem of inadequate grasp of the basic technology of table tennis players when they carry out practice and competition easy themselves. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the rules of table tennis and its related theories, under the premise of comprehensive participation in the work experience, to provide an effective reference for the future planning of new table tennis projects and to make scientific predictions for the future development direction of table tennis fitness sports.
