On the Connotation of Self-efficacy of College Counselors in the New Era

Abstract
At present, college counselors' ideological education for students in the new era is no longer a simple conversation education, and the qualities and abilities they need are increasingly rigorous and rich. The self-efficacy of college counselors is the internal core competence required to carry out ideological education in the current environment, which has an important impact on whether they can cultivate the backbone talents needed by the country and recognized by the society. Nowadays, the new era is changing with each passing day. How to define the self-efficacy of college counselors in the drastic changes and how to stimulate their internal educational motivation with the analysis and definition of connotation is a problem worth exploring and studying. This paper discusses the era connotation of college counselors' self-efficacy, and analyzes it from the three dimensions of uniqueness, development and interdependence of the era connotation, in order to provide help to improve college counselors' self-efficacy.
