Research on University Student Funding and Education Based on Collaborative Thinking

Abstract
Collaborative thinking is specifically manifested in four dimensions: holistic thinking, hierarchical thinking, open thinking, and purposeful thinking. To use collaborative thinking to carry out university student funding work, it is necessary to adhere to the concept of "all staff, all process, and all aspects" of collaborative funding and education, continuously improve the collaborative funding and education system of "matching material and spiritual funding", and actively build a collaborative funding and education platform for joint construction and sharing. In specific work, it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of the concept of collaborative funding and education, focusing on doing a good job of subject coordination; Expand the forms of collaborative funding and education, and bring into play the carrier synergy effect; Strengthen the environmental protection of collaborative funding for education, and create a good education environment. Collaborative thinking emphasizes the dialectical analysis of the relationship between the whole and parts, structure and function, and system and environment to maximize the overall function of the system. Colleges and universities should implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, put ideological and political work through the entire process of education and teaching, and pay attention to using collaborative thinking to improve the quality of student funding and education in colleges and universities.
