Abstract
At present, a large number of transactional works of Chinese counselors make it difficult for counselors to properly handle the work scope of self-occupation definition. And the time compression derived from the workload makes most college counselors too late to think and summarize their own work. This article to "19 big" require education priority as the background, from the perspective of counselor individual behavior, with the core content of "19" as a guide, to the work of college counselors, emphasize the development of the party's propaganda and education work, the practice of socialist core values and the innovation of ideological work practice. Effective student political counselor work is an important guarantee for cultivating students' sound personality, good personality, excellent character, enterprising spirit, and innovative consciousness. Simply relying on political and ideological guidance and routine management as the main focus of counselor work can no longer meet the requirements of the times, let alone meet the needs of students' comprehensive development. The rise of the knowledge economy in the new era will bring innovative opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political work of university students, while also proposing new requirements, assigning new content and new working methods.
