Abstract

This article highlights the job difficulties that college students encounter, as well as the significance of encouraging their creativity and initiative. The first part of the paper discusses the competitive job market that recent graduates must navigate as a result of quantitative and structural factors. The second section explains how the lack of employment advice in schools of higher education and the low rate at which students' knowledge is transformed are important factors in the employment crisis. According to the report, many recent graduates don't have the knowledge or experience to successfully navigate the job market or even know where to begin looking. The article also emphasizes the fact that many undergraduates have no idea how to begin constructing a professional network, how to best prepare for interviews, or how to successfully negotiate a salary. The article argues that institutions should place a high priority on helping their students cultivate creative and original ways of thinking. Increasing students' capacity for knowledge storage, encouraging a mentality shift, enhancing practical competence, and offering focused coaching for entrepreneurship are all highlighted as foundational elements of fostering an entrepreneurial and innovative attitude. The essay recommends that educational institutions optimize and alter their career advice modes in accordance with the realistic basis of college students' employment needs and the needs of society in terms of talent. Colleges and universities can play a significant role in helping students find jobs after graduation by encouraging their creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirits. To ensure that college students are fully equipped to enter the labor market, the article urges educational institutions to place a premium on the development of practical skills, offer focused employment counseling, and stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship.
