Abstract

"Harmony" is an ideal state humans pursue and aspire to. People have expressed and interpreted the concept of "harmony" in different degrees and forms since ancient times. As China's economic and social development enters the fast lane, people's material living standards continue improving. The construction of spiritual civilization is also receiving increasing attention. As an important part of advanced socialist culture, harmony culture has become a powerful ideological weapon to lead the trend of the times and promote social progress. As a great Eastern country with a long history and splendid civilization, the Chinese have always taken "harmony" as one of their basic guidelines for dealing with the world. "Harmony is not only a value concept but also a universal ideological system and spiritual pursuit. Therefore, studying the issue of harmony is of great theoretical significance and practical value. This paper takes contemporary Chinese literature as the research object, analyzing its textual content and artistic characteristics and discussing the role and expression of the idea of "harmony" in it.
