An Analysis of the Cultivation of Teacher Education Leadership from a Professional Perspective

Abstract

From the perspective of specialization, teacher education leadership is an important ability reflected in teacher education activities, which can improve the professional level of teachers and promote the quality of education. At present, there are some problems in the development of teacher education leadership, such as a lack of professional understanding and professional ability, which lie in the lack of systematic theoretical guidance and scientific cultivation path for the cultivation of teacher education leadership. From the perspective of specialization, based on the existing research results, this paper puts forward relevant strategies to promote leadership development in teacher education. Firstly, we should establish a systematic and scientific view of teacher education leadership; secondly, we should correctly understand the connotation and structure of teacher education leadership; again, we should improve the training level of teacher education leadership; finally, we should take students as the center of teaching activities.
