Abstract

Objective: To study and analyze the application value of online combined with offline real-case mixed teaching mode in urological inpatient training teaching. Methods: A total of 60 inpatients with rotations in the urology department from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to rotation time. 30 inpatients with rotations from January 2021 to February 2022 were included in the control group, and 30 inpatients with rotations from March 2022 to May 2023 were included in the study group. The control group carried out the routine inpatient training in urology, and the research group carried out the mixed teaching of online and offline real cases. The results, teaching satisfaction and teaching effect of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge of urology and clinical skills of urology in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of stand-ardized training teaching of urology in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The excellent and good rates of standardized training and teaching of urology surgery in the study group were higher than those in the control group in active learning, independent learning, clinical thinking, and practical skills, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of online combined with offline real-case mixed teaching mode in the inpatient training teaching of urology surgery is helpful to improve the score of the course, improve the teaching effect, and enhance teaching satisfaction.
