The Effectiveness of Incentive-based Educational Model of Chinese Language Education in Primary Schools

Abstract
The incentive education model is a positive educational approach that aims to stimulate students’ learning motivation and interest by providing rewards and incentives. With the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform, the incentive education model has become an important teaching strategy for primary education. Such teaching strategies can motivate students to learn actively and improve students’ learning results. It also improves the educational standards of teachers. Especially for primary school language education, whether teachers use incentive education can improve students' comprehensive language literacy to a certain extent and shape their core language literacy. This article takes elementary school Chinese education as an example to explore the application and effectiveness of the incentive education model in Chinese education. Through literature review and case analysis, it is found that the incentive education model has a positive effect on elementary school Chinese education, which can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and interest, improve learning effectiveness and performance, and promote students’ comprehensive development.
