Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the use of Internet and multimedia technology has become an inevitable development trend of distance English teaching. According to the current situation and actual needs of English teaching, the architecture design of this paper mainly relies on streaming media technology to design a distance English teaching system. The main contents are as follows: system design principles and demand analysis; functional module design; system architecture design; and system function test. Requirements: The system functions to meet the requirements of various indicators; each function operates smoothly and without exception; has a good human-computer interaction experience; and the system runs smoothly. Aiming at the popular streaming media technology, this paper uses the third-party control method to complete the design of various functions and structures of the distance English teaching system. This research mainly includes streaming media technology selection, system functions, and the design of architecture, which includes the design of the view layer, service layer, action layer, DAO layer, user usage process, system database design, system development environment, and function implementation. The usage process of an ordinary user is as follows: login, go to the search page, hot search, home recommended, retrieve, enter the details page, and actions on the details page. On this basis, the performance of the system is tested. The test results confirm that the designed system meets the individual needs of different users, has better playback speed and throughput, and can improve the enthusiasm of users for independent learning and the efficiency of English-assisted teaching. English teaching also has a great reference effect.
