Abstract

The launch of the "1+X" certificate system pilot work encompasses four aspects: professional and technical personnel training requirements, improvement of professional and technical personnel quality, optimization of the professional and technical personnel evaluation system, and education resource allocation under the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges. These aspects ensure the internal coherence of the system. Although the production-education integration talent training model in higher vocational colleges, guided by the "1+X" certificate system, is highly feasible from a theoretical standpoint, there are still numerous practical challenges in its implementation. These challenges include the low allocation of resources for school-enterprise integrated education, weak practical guidance for professional talent training, an imperfect certificate management system, and a lack of evaluation system for professional talent training. This requires the innovation and reform of education resource allocation through school-enterprise collaboration and the integration of production and education. It also involves integrating corporate practice guidance with college education to establish a "1+X" certificate practice guidance system. Additionally, school-enterprise joint reform and system improvement are necessary to enhance the "1+X" certificate supporting system. Furthermore, a multi-party participation mechanism and comprehensive evaluation should be implemented to improve the "1+X" certificate professional talent evaluation system. These measures aim to address the challenges in professional talent training in higher vocational colleges.
