Abstract
In recent years, there has been increasing focus on the reform of the microelectronics technology experiment curriculum in colleges and universities, as the integration of industry and education has accelerated. Against this backdrop, this paper examines the curriculum reform of microelectronics technology experiments in universities. First, this paper analyzes the potential applications and development trends of microelectronics technology and emphasizes the need for experimental curriculum reform. Secondly, this paper discusses the issues present in the traditional microelectronics experiment course, such as the outdated teaching approach, limited experimental content, insufficient practical application, and lack of industrial integration. It also proposes directions and ideas for reform. Finally, this paper focuses on analyzing the specific methods and practical effects of the experimental curriculum reform in microelectronics technology. The adoption of the flipped classroom model, increased experimental projects, strengthened practical operation, and other methods have led to remarkable teaching results.
