Abstract

The origin and development of Malaysian Chinese Literature inherit the ideas and spirit contained in the development of modern Chinese literature history. Therefore, the study of the "Chineseness" of Malaysian Chinese Literature is the main idea and entry point for the study of Malaysian Chinese Literature. With the development of the independence movement, Malaysian Chinese Literature is based on the construction of the "Nativeness" of localization, and it has also attracted attention because of its "uniqueness" of localization. However, the development of "Nativeness" is always accompanied by debates about de-"Chineseness". So, with the continuous in-depth research on "Nativeness", it can be found that the relationship between "Chineseness" and "Nativeness" is actually a state of interrelated entanglement. "Nativeness" comes from "Chineseness", and its inner foundation is not divorced from the connotation of "Chineseness". Therefore, it is necessary to re-understand "Nativeness", and reconnect it with Chineseness, and based on this, we developed the subjectivity of Malaysian Chinese Culture.
