Abstract

Different types of regional cultures provide abundant conditions for the development of suona music, and regional cultures also have a certain connection with folk music. In Shaanxi, the distinctive regional culture has given rise to unique suona music. Suomi suona in northern Shaanxi Province and Xunyi suona in Guanzhong Province are particularly renowned, with the latter boasting a history of over 500 years. Suona culture is closely related to the lives of local people and has become an important part of their daily lives. The suona music of Guanzhong embodies a blend of bitterness and excitement, mirroring the open-minded and optimistic attitude of the Guanzhong people. "Guanzhong Qing" is a representative work of Guanzhong suona music, which is based on the folk music of the Guanzhong area. It vividly shows the simple, deep, bold, and optimistic character of the Guanzhong people. This paper analyzes a piece of music by considering regional culture, as well as the character and life of the Guanzhong people.
