Evaluation and Analysis of Teaching Effectiveness of College Aerobics Courses Based on the ADDIE Model

Abstract

Based on the ADDIE model, an analysis was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching college aerobics courses. The evaluation included learning habits and participation, learning attitude and interest, learning resources and satisfaction, sport-specific physical fitness, sports skills learning outcomes, theoretical knowledge acquisition, and sports skills assessment results. The evaluation of college aerobics course teaching was conducted through experimental comparisons using the ADDIE model. The results of teaching effectiveness evaluation are analyzed, and a teaching optimization strategy for college aerobics courses is proposed to enhance the teaching quality and standards of college aerobics courses.
