Abstract

Using the method of an offline questionnaire survey to collect information, through qualitative feedback from the administration, nurses, doctors, and managers of a time-honored traditional Chinese medicine (‘TMC’) clinic in China, the responses and performances of different types of staff in the organization under the hotwave (extreme heat) in China were observed. Using the "Researcher Mutual Evidence" in the working group's "Triangular Mutual Evidence and Mixed Method", the research method of encouraging group members to participate together, with the help of online Internet tools, minimizes the bias existing in the "single researcher" to the greatest extent, and the research results of the group will be available for further research and wide citation by French university professors. This topic "Studying the Response Performance of Heatwaves and Medical Institutions in China" is from the homework of "Organizational Behavior" by the doctoral program leader and professor of medical health management in Montpellier, France. In order to complete the project efficiently, as leader of students of the doctoral program in medical and health management, a research working group was set up to complete this project. It is hoped that this project will be helpful to the professional reports in the field of public health, the response and management of emergency regional disease control, and other relevant interested units that are relatively lacking in China.
