Abstract
Objective: To analyze the efficacy of different drugs in vascular dementia (VD) with H hypertension. Methods: Selected 84 patients with VD with H hypertension during the study period (January 2020-2023), control group (enacapril tablet) and observation group (enapril folate tablet) for 6 months, and compared the mean arterial pressure (MAP), blood homocysteine (Hcy), neurological deficit scale (mRs) and mental status (MMES). Results: After MAP treatment (P> 0.05), the Hxy value was lower compared to the control group (P <0.05). Compared to the control group, the MMSE score increased in the observation group, while the mRs score decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Enalapril folic acid tablets and enalapril tablets are effective in VD patients with H type hypertension, which can improve the degree of nerve defect and mental state of patients, and reduce the level of Hcy simultaneously, which is worthy of clinical application.
