The Research on College English Education and Teaching from the Perspective of Multi-culture

Abstract

Under the backdrop of economic globalization, significant changes have occurred in cultural communication and exchange. Cross-cultural education has emerged as an effective approach to enhance the efficacy of college English teaching. Education guidance is optimized from a multicultural perspective to achieve a profound integration of education and contemporary culture. College is a critical period for students to master English. Through innovative English education and teaching, teachers can enhance students' language skills and help them truly understand English knowledge by incorporating cultural aspects. This paper focuses on the analysis of college English education and teaching through the lens of multiculturalism. Firstly, it analyzes the significance of college English education and the existing problems in college English education and teaching from the perspective of multiculturalism. Secondly, it aims to innovate English teaching concepts and enhance teaching knowledge. Implementing various teaching methods can enhance the effectiveness of English instruction. Scientifically improving the evaluation mechanism can guide students' healthy development. These aspects will be further explored and discussed to offer insights for related research.
