A New Reflection on the Cultivation of College Tennis Students from the Perspective of Their Employment Status

Abstract

University education is more professional and career-oriented. The purpose is to improve the quality of students while cultivating the talent needed by society. It is crucial to assess the success of a university in managing a school. When it comes to sports colleges, their employment opportunities are closely tied to their majors. Tennis majors specialize in tennis for four years, along with other programs. In the current situation, the employment prospects for tennis instructors are not optimistic. There is a shortage of tennis teachers in primary and secondary schools, limited professional opportunities, uneven distribution of suitable positions regionally, lack of competitive advantages in non-restricted professional competitions, and a dominance of one specialty over others, resulting in weaker prospects for other projects. This paper utilizes methods such as referencing, questionnaires, data statistics, comparative analysis, and logical analysis to conduct statistical analysis on the employment status of tennis students. I hope that through this series of studies, we can clarify the employment status of tennis students, which holds significant practical importance.
