Abstract

Given the current situation where some students from vocational colleges have relatively low participation in the "Tiaozhanbei" competition, along with the low quality of their entries and the low conversion rate of their competition events, we aim to encourage teachers and students to participate in the "Tiaozhanbei" competition and enhance the quality of entries and the conversion rate of competition events. To achieve this, we will focus on five key aspects: establishing a sustainable development organizational system for the "Tiaozhanbei" competition team; forming interdisciplinary teams; utilizing the school's existing innovation and entrepreneurship project library to nurture high-quality works; deepening the integration of industry and education; enhancing the support of school policies, platforms, and resources to facilitate the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education and talent development in vocational colleges. It has been proven that establishing a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship education system, creating a robust innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform, and placing a high emphasis on integrating industry and education in vocational colleges are essential conditions for achieving outstanding results in the "Tiaozhanbei" competition. These factors are also crucial for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
