Abstract
In the current education system, career education in primary and secondary schools is gradually gaining more attention. In order to address the shortage of career education resources, this paper proposes the establishment of a career education tutor database in primary and secondary schools, focusing on integrating off-campus resources. By following this approach, we can enhance the quality and effectiveness of educational resources while also fostering the holistic and personalized development of students. This paper first discusses the significant importance of career education for the personal development of primary and secondary school students and emphasizes the necessity of establishing a professional tutor database. The article then deeply analyzes how to effectively integrate off-campus resources, including industry experts, university professors, and other social resources. The specific strategies cover the selection and evaluation of resources, the establishment of a multi-party cooperation mechanism, and dynamic updating and management. In addition, the article also proposes a series of implementation safeguards to ensure the effective operation of the tutorial database and outlines future research directions. These suggestions aim to offer practical guidance and theoretical support for enhancing the development of career education, assisting educators in better understanding and utilizing off-campus resources, and collectively promoting educational innovation.
