Abstract
With the development of society and the popularization of higher education, the teaching management of colleges and universities is facing more and more challenges. The traditional management mode can no longer meet the increasingly diversified teaching needs, so it is necessary to explore the people-oriented teaching management system in colleges and universities to improve the teaching quality and effect. The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the people-oriented concept in college teaching management, explore the con-crete practice of the people-oriented concept in college teaching management, and propose the path and method of constructing the people-oriented college teaching management system, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of college teaching management. The study of the human-centered teaching management system in colleges and universities can promote the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students, promote the innovation of the curriculum system, improve the evaluation mechanism, improve the teaching quality and effect, help to cultivate out-standing talents with innovative and practical ability and promote the sustaina-ble development of higher education. This study uses literature, questionnaires, interviews, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply analyze the application and effect of humanistic philosophy in university teaching management from both theoretical and practical levels. This study mainly includes the significance and concrete practice of the people-oriented concept in the teaching management of colleges and universities, as well as the path and method of constructing the people-oriented teaching management system in colleges and universities, and comprehensively discusses the important significance and role of the people-oriented teaching management mode in college education. Through the research and analysis of the humanistic university teaching management system, a series of useful conclusions and insights are drawn. This provides feasible suggestions and guidance for the reform and enhancement of the university teaching management system. To sum up, it is an inevitable trend in the reform of higher education to establish a human-centered teaching management system. Only by deepening the application of a people-oriented concept can we better meet the needs of educational development and achieve the sustainable development goal of higher education.
