Abstract
Take the Sunland Bay Business Park (SLBBP) in Pudong, Shanghai, China, as an example. It is expected to be recognized as one of the most beautiful parks in Pudong by 2023. Positioned as the most striking business card of the industrial park under Shanghai Waigaoqiao Group Co., Ltd., its primary and crucial role is to cater to the healthcare industry and campus customers by providing park operation and maintenance services. How to gather the latest information on medical and healthcare tracks and create value for customers by improving the operation and services in the health industry is the main focus of this article. The park, which is seeking marketing opportunities and value creation, this code undoubtedly provides guidance, programmatic direction, and goals to strive for. The most recent economic indicator of the park is the vacancy rate of leased area. Based on the comparison of the industrial positioning and marketing methods of Jinqiao area in the northeast of Pudong and SLBBP, the study focuses on the practical case of positioning industrial parks to create value and provide services for customers in the next stage. As a continuation of the research and to determine the next steps, it is suggested to start, enhance, and assess marketing activities based on marketing research. This will involve monitoring market performance and enhancing comprehension of the marketing process.
