Abstract
Human and social capital is not only a strong guarantee for promoting equity in vocational education but also has a significant impact on improving the quality of student employment. Starting from the dual perspective of human capital and social capital, this paper utilizes the Credamo platform for questionnaire distribution and combines structural equation modeling to empirically analyze the mechanism of the influence of human capital and social capital on the quality of employment, which is verified through experiments and data analysis. The results of the study indicate that, first, there is a significant positive effect of human capital and social capital on enhancing the quality of students' future employment. Second, self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the process of positively influencing the quality of employment by human capital and social capital. This paper combines human capital and social capital to promote the continuous improvement of the higher vocational education system and help students to develop their future career with high quality.
