Abstract

This study aims to explore the marketing strategies of Moyuan Pavilion Calligraphy Studio in the EU market. By analyzing factors such as the market environment, competitors, consumer needs, and behavior within the EU market, this research proposes a set of marketing strategies suitable for promoting and selling Moyuan Pavilion Calligraphy Studio in the EU market. Research methods, including literature review, market research, and case analysis, have been employed to determine that Moyuan Pavilion Calligraphy Studio can implement a differentiated positioning strategy, focus on brand building and market promotion, and provide personalized calligraphy services to meet the needs of consumers in the EU market. Furthermore, Moyuan Pavilion Calligraphy Studio should strengthen partnerships within the EU market, improve product quality, and enhance service levels to boost its competitiveness in the EU market. In summary, this study offers comprehensive and in-depth guidance and recommendations for the marketing strategy of Moyuan Pavilion Calligraphy Studio in the EU market. These insights aim to assist the studio in achieving better development and competitive advantages in this market.
