Abstract
Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the earth-shaking changes in the economy and society, people have gained a deeper understanding of the role of women in society, leading to a significant improvement in the status of women. However, women still face varying degrees of discrimination in society, and the protection of women's rights and interests remains a prominent topic of social discussion. This paper examines and organizes relevant literature, utilizing the case study method and survey research method to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current status of the Dalian Women's Federation's dissemination of legal knowledge concerning women's rights and interests. It then analyzes potential issues and their underlying causes, aiming to propose recommendations for enhancement based on policy and organizational factors. This paper examines and sorts out relevant literature, and uses the case study method and survey research method to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the Dalian Women's Federation's popularization of legal knowledge on women's rights and interests, and then analyzes its possible problems and causes of problems, and then hopes to put forward suggestions for improvement from the policy and organizational factors on this basis.
