Abstract
The employment anxiety of contemporary college students is one of the hot issues of current social concern. With the increasingly fierce competition in society and the uncertainty of the job market, many college students are facing many challenges and pressures, resulting in the issue of employment anxiety becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on college students’ employment anxiety and propose effective coping strategies. This study aims to explore the performance characteristics, cause analysis, and corresponding coping strategies of employment anxiety among contemporary college students, and to verify the effectiveness of these coping strategies through empirical research. By deeply understanding the influencing factors and coping methods of college students' employment anxiety, we can provide more scientific and effective psychological help and guidance for college students, so as to help them better cope with employment pressure, smoothly enter the society, and grow up healthily. This article will start with relevant theories and preliminary research, systematically sort out the research results and opinions of domestic and foreign scholars on college students' employment anxiety, and clarify the current research status and development trends in this field. Then, combined with empirical investigation and statistical data, we deeply analyze the causes and psychological characteristics of college students’ employment anxiety. Finally, based on the in-depth analysis of the research results, corresponding coping strategies are proposed and their effectiveness is verified, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for alleviating college students' employment anxiety.
