Exploration and Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring System in Secondary Colleges of Universities

Abstract

Teaching quality monitoring is an essential component of ensuring the quality of higher education. Secondary colleges within universities play a crucial role in teaching, making the monitoring of their teaching quality particularly significant. The monitoring of teaching quality at the secondary college level is an essential requirement to enhance the long-term development of disciplines and majors, a crucial method to accomplish the goal of talent training, and an unavoidable approach to enhance the teaching management of secondary colleges. By analyzing the components of a quality monitoring system in secondary colleges, this paper aims to integrate the PDCA cycle theory into teaching quality monitoring. It constructs a teaching quality monitoring system in secondary colleges through four key stages: planning, implementation, evaluation and feedback, diagnosis, and improvement. This system ensures the enhancement of teaching quality, upholds a favorable teaching environment, facilitates comprehensive monitoring of teaching quality, and achieves the objective of talent development.
