Abstract
Innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities, represented by the "Tiaozhanbei" competition, serve as an excellent platform for implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education and evaluating its outcomes. Competitions based on innovation and entrepreneurship courses conducted by various colleges and universities can stimulate students' innovative thinking. Exceptional innovation and entrepreneurship instructors play a crucial role in guiding students' practical endeavors in innovation and entrepreneurship during the competition. The post-competition results transformation and the diverse innovation and entrepreneurship platforms provided by the organizers offer students ample room for innovation and entrepreneurship. Comprehensive incentives for innovation and entrepreneurship enhance the motivation of both teachers and students, while robust support for innovation and entrepreneurship ensures the success of students' practical endeavors. Through activities like the students' innovation and entrepreneurship, mindset is nurtured, fostering the development of professional skills, communication abilities, and teamwork essential for entrepreneurship and employment. This, in turn, enhances students' readiness, capability, and satisfaction in pursuing employment and entrepreneurship to a significant extent.
