Abstract

In order to explore the impact of flexible work systems on employee job satisfaction and productivity, literature review and logical analysis methods were adopted. Through research, it has been found that the flexible arrangement of work hours and locations in flexible work systems improves employee job satisfaction, increases job satisfaction, and improves work life balance. At the same time, this system also promotes the enhancement of productivity, including improving work efficiency, and focus, and stimulating innovation ability. However, implementing a flexible work system also comes with some challenges, such as communication barriers, team collaboration issues, and workload management. Therefore, it is recommended to develop clear policies and processes during the implementation process, and provide necessary technical support and training to address these challenges. In summary, the flexible work system has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction and productivity, but relevant challenges need to be properly addressed to ensure effective implementation.
