Abstract
In order to study the impact of corporate culture construction on employee sense of belonging, this article adopts a theoretical analysis method. After research, it has been found that corporate culture has a significant impact on employees' sense of belonging. A good corporate culture can significantly enhance employees' sense of belonging by conveying corporate values, shaping the organizational atmosphere, demonstrating leadership behavior, and establishing incentive mechanisms. Individual factors, organizational factors, and environmental factors collectively influence employees' sense of belonging. These factors include personal characteristics, career development needs, organizational culture, leader behavior, and other elements. Based on the research results, suggestions were proposed to establish a positive corporate culture, strengthen internal communication and interaction, establish a scientific reward and punishment mechanism, and improve the management level of leaders. These measures help to promote employee motivation and enhance organizational cohesion, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for research on corporate culture construction and employee sense of belonging.
