Abstract
In today's increasingly globalized society, oral English fluency has an immeasurable impact on personal growth and career development. With the increasing frequency of international exchanges, whether it is in the fierce competition in the workplace or in the communication of daily life, fluent spoken English can add a lot of points to the individual. However, how to effectively improve oral fluency in English has always been a challenge in language teaching. This study aims to break the traditional teaching model that focuses on grammar and vocabulary and find ways to improve students' oral language ability more effectively by exploring and applying diversified teaching methods, such as immersive learning, scenario simulation, and integrated communication strategies. At the same time, we also pay attention to the optimization of pauses and speaking speeds, the implementation of block teaching, and the setting of differentiated language tasks, so as to promote students' oral fluency in English comprehensively. We hope that these efforts will help students enhance their language skills and intercultural communication abilities, enabling them to better adapt to the trend of globalization and express themselves more confidently and fluently in international communication. This will lay a solid foundation for their future learning and development.
