Research on the Status Quo and Internal Control of Enterprise Human Resource Service Outsourcing

Abstract

As a new management model, human resource service outsourcing plays an important role in employment, economic prosperity, and market activation. In order to make the effect of human resource service outsourcing reach the expectation, improve the market competition strength of enterprises. This paper will outline the characteristics of enterprise human resource service outsourcing, which are shown to improve the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises, reduce the cost loss of enterprise management, and obtain advanced management technology to improve work efficiency. Based on the backdrop of economic and social transformation, this paper highlights the internal control issues in enterprise human resource service outsourcing. These issues mainly involve the risks associated with human resource service outsourcing, the pressing need to enhance the external environment of the enterprise, the absence of specialized personnel training institutions, and the lack of an effective performance appraisal and incentive system. The paper offers specific recommendations tailored to these challenges, aiming to serve as a point of reference for enterprises engaging in human resource service outsourcing.
