Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the strategies and roles of master teacher studios in the development of highly literate teachers in rural areas. The master teacher studio builds a communication platform for teachers in different fields to learn from each other and make progress together. Currently, rural education faces challenges such as insufficient teacher literacy and unbalanced educational resources. This paper analyses the feasibility of the mechanism of master teacher studios to cultivate rural teachers. It is found that the master teacher studio does play an important role in enhancing the educational and teaching ability of rural teachers. Through this mechanism, not only has the professionalism of teachers significantly improved, but also the overall quality and level of rural education has been enhanced. This has undoubtedly injected new vigor and hope into the sustainable development of rural education.
