Analysis of the Path of Improving the Ideological and Political Ability of Professional Course Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Professional course teachers are the key subject of ideological and political construction in higher vocational colleges. Improving the professional course teachers' Ideological and political ability is the need to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and talents"; it is the need to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education; it is the need to improve the professional course teachers' ability to educate people; it is the need to strengthen the responsibility of college students. In view of the difficulties in the process of ideological and political construction of professional course teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the path to improve the ideological and political ability of professional course teachers in higher vocational colleges. This can be achieved by strengthening the awareness of education, improving the ability of ideological and political education, constructing a collaborative education mechanism, and refining the assessment system, among other strategies.
