Abstract
Existing economics systems in the world, either in socialist form or in liberal form, with many weak points, in practice, faced with crisis or were not able to contribute to sustainable economic development. Therefore, it seems the world requires new eco-nomic rules to boom and for revolution in the liberal and socialist structures. The paper has stated the seven main rules of this revolution and the author believes by following these golden rules, economic society is able to experience explosive economic growth and prosperity. It is obvious that in the system, our definitions of government, produc-tion, services, and even culture use, are different.
