Abstract

With the rapid development of the financial industry, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, and commercial banks are facing new opportunities for development. As the main force of commercial banks, grassroots employees will affect the operation of commercial banks, whether it is work efficiency or service quality. However, many commercial banks are excessively pursuing economic benefits, and rarely pay attention to the mental health problems of grassroots employees. Grassroots employees face fast-paced work, increasing work pressure, and more and more psychological distress, which affects the personal development of employees on the one hand and the development and progress of commercial banks on the other hand. If we cannot solve the mental health problems of grassroots employees in time, it will not only cause the work efficiency of employees, the quality of service will decline, and even the brain drain and other bad conditions. Therefore, improving the mental health of grassroots employees has become a key issue for the development of commercial banks. It is necessary for relevant personnel to investigate the actual situation of employees' mental health and formulate practical and feasible countermeasures, which not only optimize bank management but also create a warm and harmonious working environment for employees, stimulate their inherent potential, and enhance their satisfaction with their work. On the one hand to achieve the comprehensive development of staff at the same time, on the other hand, to help the bank to enter a new stage of development. This article mainly focuses on the path of commercial banks to improve the mental health of grassroots employees. Firstly, it analyzes the work pressure and environment as well as the individual level of employees. Secondly, it optimizes the psychological health research work and strengthens the follow-up management effectiveness. Set up professional psychological help, add psychological decompression training; Highlight the leading advantage of culture and enhance the ideological height of employees; strengthen staff care, building staff development platform and other aspects of in-depth discussion, committed to improving the level of bank mental health guidance, more relevant research to provide reference materials.
