Abstract
In recent years, the prevalence rate of obesity in the world has increased rapidly. The proportion of overweight and obese adults in China has increased, and obesity has gradually become a global public health problem. The current interventions for obesity in the medical field include lifestyle intervention, drug therapy, weight loss surgery, and so on. Chinese traditional medicine has a unique insight into the disease of obesity. Based on four clinical diagnoses and syndrome differentiation, it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of obese patients and regulate body metabolism and immune function. With the development and popularization of information technology, people's lives have also undergone earth-shaking changes, and its application in the medical field has gradually increased. Relying on information technology, remote guidance, and online management can be realized. Based on the progress of relevant management of the obesity population in recent years, this paper analyzes the situation of TCM health management under the background of information technology and provides some ideas for the development of relevant management.
