Abstract
In summary, this study takes fostering virtue through education as the major demand for the integration of moral education and Chinese language and literature teaching in the new era. It elaborates from aspects such as theoretical basis, main problems, and problem-solving strategies. Firstly, it points out the existing problems in current Chinese language and literature teaching in colleges and universities, including teachers' low awareness of moral education, "unitary" teaching methods and content, and "fragmented" teaching content of discipli-nary courses. Then, based on cultural semiotics, constructivist teaching theory, and situated cognition theory, it proposes solutions including the "Dual-Track Co-cultivation Model", "Immersive Interactive Classroom", "Dual Paths for Teachers' Professional Development", and "Dual-Wheel Drive of Full-Process and Multi-Evaluation". This is intended to provide more powerful theoretical impetus for future teaching reform of Chinese language and literature and the development of educational modernization.
