Abstract

This paper explores how to effectively contribute to the development of art design and rural revitalization in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, with a specific focus on Yim Tin Tsai, Hong Kong as the case background. The study finds that with the continuous development of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, it shows new potential in facilitating cultural dissemination and local economic improvement. Especially under the guidance of the rural revitalization policy, the integration of education and art design has opened up a new path for the sustainable development of rural areas. Yim Tin Tsai, Hong Kong not only has a rich historical and cultural background, but its unique art design features provide a good practical platform for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. By effectively integrating teaching content with art design and encouraging interdisciplinary cooperation, this research proposes a series of feasible strategies to enhance students' cultural identity and creative abilities. Establishing an evaluation and feedback mechanism helps to continuously optimize teaching effectiveness, promote students' sense of participation and practical abilities in real-world projects, thus actively contributing to the economic rejuvenation of rural areas while promoting art design innovation. Ultimately, this study provides a new perspective for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and offers theoretical support and practical references for the integration of rural revitalization and art design.
