Abstract

Today, China has long been a world-famous science and technology power, the network has been deeply rooted in society. With the construction of a legal society, the state has formed a relatively complete legal system for the social form of illegal and criminal activities. However, there is still no certain "binding force" for network bullying. In recent years, there have been countless tragedies caused by cyberbullying, anxiety, depression, and even suicide, which is shocking. As a kind of "social network terrorism", cyberbullying has seriously polluted and threatened the ecological environment of cyberspace. It has a great negative impact on personal physical and mental health, and social harmony and stability. At the present stage, laws and regulations have a relatively clear governance method for network bullying, but they are still not perfect, and there are still some disputes worth our joint study and thinking. Based on this, it is very important to study the governance of network bullying under the legal criterion.
