Abstract
Polymer materials are widely used artificial organic synthetic materials. With the development of society, biodegradable polymer materials are the main direction of recent medical research. Biodegradable polymer materials can be used to fill bone defects and promote bone in orthopedics. Defective bone tissue is regenerated and so on. This paper gives a brief introduction to several biodegradable polymer materials and their functions in the current medical orthopedics, and analyzes the application characteristics and research trends of biodegradable polymer materials in orthopedics. Finally, the biodegradable polymers are summarized. The prospect of materials in orthopedics has led to further developments in orthopedics.
