About the Translator
Yuan Mingming is a professor in translation studies at Shantou University. She received her PhD in Translation and Interpreting from Monash University. Her work has appeared in Babel, Perspectives, Translation Studies, International Journal of Multilingualism, and Journal of Multilingual and Multicultural Development. Her research interests include translation and identity, linguistic landscape in translation, museum translation, feminist translation studies, and the translation of children’s literature.
