About the Translator
First Translator
ZHANG Guoqiang, the translator, was born in 1971, in Dezhou city in Shandong Province. In 1994 graduated from the Department of foreign languages of Liaocheng Normal University, went to Dezhou University. He received a PhD in Education in the College of Teacher Education in Shandong Normal University in 2018, and promoted to Professor in 2019. He published The Development and Inspiration of the Western University Teacher Community in 2019 and Digital Transformation of Governance in Colleges and Departments of Application- oriented Undergraduate Universities in 2024.
Second Translator
WANG Xiaohong, the librarian in Dezhou University, was born in 1971, in Dezhou city in Shandong Province.
Translation Proofreader
SONG Hui, the translation proofreader, is Associate Professor of the Foreign Language School at Dezhou University.
