Author’s Introduction
Sizhe Liu is currently a lecturer in the Department of Economic Sociology at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Sociology at the University of Hawaii, U.S. His main research areas include the sociology of aging, medical sociology, and population studies. During his time at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, he has led several provincial and ministerial level projects and published multiple SSCI papers.
